This is quite a hard thing for me to do.
On Sunday, before the challenge started, Graunt (My Sleek Geek buddy) and i took our "Before" photos.
This is sort of embarrassing to post these pics... Guess we all have our own little insecurities sometimes...
Our minds are such strange things. With clothes on, i dont look 'too bad'... but fuck me! When i looked at these photos after we took them, it was a bit of a reality check for me...
I have NO definition whatsoever. I have a tube around my middle and my chest is flat.
This is the reason why i entered Sleek Geek.
